Building Schedule

Habitat is now building 2 more  homes on Dana Street and needs volunteers of every skill level from novice to professional. We are fully indoors now and will be building every Saturday.

Engineering $5,000
Improvements---water, sewer, utilities, drainage $35,000
City fees and carrying costs until sale $15,000
HFH overhead to run the shop $ 7,500
Contribution to HFH International for global builds $ 5,000
Construction costs---about $45 per square foot $66,000
